COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions?
We've got answers.
Not sure what to expect? Here are a few of the questions customers ask before booking.
Ask for a free quoteWhat areas do you serve?
We clean throughout the City of Edmonton and surrounding communities, including St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Spruce Grove, Beaumont, Fort Saskatchewan and Stony Plain.
How do I request a quote?
Use the Get a Free Quote button on this page, or call or text us at (587) 969-9430. Share a few details about your space and what you need cleaned, and we’ll get back to you.
How much does it cost?
Every space is different, so we quote each job individually. Pricing depends on the size of the area, the type of carpet or furniture, and its condition. Quotes are free.
What can you clean?
We clean residential and commercial carpet, upholstery such as sofas and chairs, mattresses, and area rugs. We also treat common stains and clean for move-in, move-out, and Airbnb turnovers.
Can you clean my area rug?
Often yes, but it depends on the material. Some rugs, such as wool, silk, or antique pieces, need special care. Tell us what your rug is made of when you request a quote and we’ll let you know what we can safely clean.
How long will my carpet take to dry?
Drying time depends on your carpet, how much moisture it holds, and the airflow in the room. We’ll tell you what to expect when we book your cleaning.
Can every stain be removed?
We treat common stains and heavily soiled areas, and many come out well. Some stains, such as dyes or long-set marks, may not, and we’ll be honest about what to expect before we start.
How should I prepare for my cleaning?
Clear small items from the floor where you can, and tell us about any problem areas or delicate rugs when you book. We’ll take care of the rest.
